Antlers Excavating was founded by Shawn Lowe and Wesley Fisbeck, who each bring 15 years of excavation experience along with two decades in high-end residential and commercial construction. They teamed up with partner Brandon, who also has several years of excavation expertise, to create a company built on precision, professionalism, and high standards. From the first scoop of dirt to the final grade, Antlers Excavating delivers results that stand the test of time.
Together, Shawn and Wes have led construction companies for more than two decades, combining deep expertise with a shared commitment to professionalism, transparency, and quality work.

An engineer by training and builder at heart, Shawn brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in construction and project management. He leads field operations at Antlers Excavating and oversees the technical execution of every job. With a background in engineering and construction management, Shawn ensures each project is done right the first time—with efficiency, precision, and attention to detail.

Wes runs the business side of Antlers Excavating, managing everything from estimating and permitting to scheduling and client communications. With a degree in Business Management and decades of industry experience, Wes is known for his approachable style, clear communication, and commitment to keeping projects on time and on budget.
